Capital city of the Czech Republic and widely known as the ‘city of a hundred spires’, Prague is rich with history and culture, filled with beautiful baroque buildings and gothic churches. From exploring the inspiring art installations hidden throughout the city, to stepping back in time through ancient castles, Prague is the perfect destination to spend a long weekend taking in the sights, indulging in the vibrant culture, and trying all the best food and drink the city has to offer.
Exploring The City:
You won’t be short of sights to see when visiting Prague. With beautiful buildings, sculptures and art installations at every corner, a stroll around the city-sized art gallery is a costless way to learn about Prague’s rich history.
Sights To See:
Old Town Square & The Astronomical Clock Tower: Stand in the old town square and look up at the medieval astronomical clock attached to the Old Town Hall, chiming on the hour. For an expansive view of the city, climb to the top of the clock tower and look out over the square and beyond.
The Dancing House: A gallery and rooftop restaurant offering views of the city, the Dancing House, a nickname given to the Nationale-Nederlanden building designed by the Croatian-Czech architect Vlado Milunić is a must-see riverside art piece.
Charles Bridge: One of the most famous landmarks in Prague is the Charles Bridge, the second oldest bridge in the Czech Republic. In keeping with the bridge’s ancient history, watch the lighting of the gas lanterns and see the romantic glow of the bridge over the Vltava river.
Franz Kafka Rotating Head: The head of Franz Kafka, a rotating sculpture by David Černý, is one of Prague’s many outdoor art installations and a must-see when exploring the city.
The Infinity Book Tower: Nestled within the Municipal Library of Prague lies the Infinity Book Tower, built by a Slovak artist Matej Kren, made of over 8,000 books and mirrors to give the ‘infinity’ effect.

The National Museum: A beautiful museum filled with natural scientific and historical artifacts of the Czech Republic, with underground tunnels to its modern counterpart, the National Museum complex is a place to spend the day engrossed in exhibitions within the beauty of the museum’s 19th century halls.
Waldstein Palace & Gardens: Walk through the elegant 17th century baroque style gardens, located on the grounds of the Waldstein Palace, home to the Czech Senate.
